Chef Spotlight Dinner
Chef Randy Rodgers of Cilino’s restaurant of Wellman watches cook Tyson Nuezil, 21, put the finishing touches on the garlic bread before serving a five-course meal at the Washington County Community Foundation’s Chef Spotlight dinner on Nov. 4.
