Grant T. Colbert, 21, of Riverside, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Visitation will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Riverside.  Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Riverside.  Following the services, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Lone Tree American Legion.  Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Grant.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.  The Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Riverside is caring for Grant’s family and arrangements.

Grant Timothy Colbert was born on August 3, 2002, in Iowa City, the son of Clint Alan and Angela Renae (Keith) Colbert.  He was a 2020 graduate of Highland High School and attained his Associate Degree from Kirkwood Community College in Energy Production and Distribution.  Grant worked for Mistras Group as a Rope Access Technician, inspecting and repairing wind turbines across the US.  Grant was a lover of animals who enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, being in the outdoors and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, but most of all; Grant loved to be with his family and friends.

Grant was greatly loved and will be deeply missed by his parents, Clint Colbert of Lone Tree and Angela Colbert of Riverside; brothers, Garret Colbert of Riverside and Brock Smith of Lone Tree; paternal grandparents, Tim and Bev Colbert of Riverside; maternal grandparents, Juanita Mason of Riverside and Jim and Elaine Keith of Lexington, Kentucky; uncle, Kyle (Joy) Colbert of Tower, Minnesota; aunt, Jennifer Keith of Champaign, Illinois; cousins, Chance Colbert, Croy Colbert and Canon Colbert; many other great aunts and uncles and cousins and his dog, Naomi.

Grant was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents, Bob and Lucille Colbert and Vernon and Mary Kinsinger; maternal great grandparents, Dean and Margaret Keith and Ethel and Chiles Mason; great uncle, Tim Burns and cousin, Kyle Colbert, Jr.
