Members of the board of the Washington County Public Health Department voted May 30 to offer the department's administrator position to Jenifer Roberts, in pink, current assistant director of nursing since May 2023. Formal announcement is expected at the June 27 meeting with acknowledgment by the supervisors at their July 2 session. The interval between selection and formal naming allows for review of resume, references and salary agreement and Roberts’s acceptance.
