To whom It May Concern:
You are hereby notified that on May 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM, Central Time in the Washington County Board Room at 222 West Main Street, Washington, IA 52353 (Washington County Courthouse, Basement Floor), there will be a public hearing on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and opinion of probable cost of the proposed improvements described thereby for the Orchard Hill Office Renovation Project. Any persons interested may appear and file written and/or oral objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, or cost of such improvement.
Proposed drawings, specifications, and form of contract may be examined at Carl A. Nelson & Co, 1815 Des Moines Ave, Burlington, IA 52601, and at the Washington County Library, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
