NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

MIM-RUSS, INC.
TO: All Creditors and Claimants, if any, against MIM-RUSS, INC. and all other persons concerned.
All the Creditors and Claimants, if any, against MIM-RUSS, INC., an Iowa corporation, (“Company”), are hereby notified that Article of Dissolution was filed with the Iowa Secretary of State on December 28, 2023, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 490.1402 and 490.1403 of the Code of Iowa. The principal office of the Company is 833 7th Street, Kalona, Iowa 52247.
If anyone has a claim against the Company, a written Notice of Claim should be provided to the Company in accordance with this Notice of Dissolution. Your Notice of Claim must set forth your name, address, telephone number and the amount and description of your claim.
The Notice of Claim should be mailed or delivered to the Company as soon as possible at the following address:

Please be advised that any claim against the Company will be barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the date of publication of this Notice of Dissolution. This Notice of Dissolution is given in accordance with the provisions of Section 490.1407, Code of Iowa.
