NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING –
LONE TREE CSD
Pursuant to Chapters 21 and 298A Code of Iowa, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by Lone Tree Community School District on July 10, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Lone Tree CSD District Office. This hearing is on a resolution to expend funds from district’s Flexibility Account up to $55,000.00 for curriculum and instructional materials, including but not limited to an estimated $29,734.23 for Middle School and High School science curriculum. These funds, in the amount of $29,734.23 were unexpended and unobligated from Project 3376 – Professional Development.
All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Renae Williams, Board Secretary on or before July 5, 2024.
