Chairperson Sullivan called the Johnson County Board of Supervisors to order in the Johnson County Health and Human Services Boardroom at 4:30 p.m. Members present: Jon Green, Lisa Green-Douglass, Royceann Porter*, and Rod Sullivan. Members absent: V Fixmer-Oraiz.

Unless otherwise noted, all actions were taken unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO. 03-29-24-01
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE
SECONDARY ROADS BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025
Summary: The Secondary Roads Department is required to have their budget approved by the Johnson County Board of Supervisors on or before March 31, 2024 and entered into the Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) Transportation Program Management System prior to April 15, 2024. Board Action: Resolved to approve the Secondary Roads Department Fiscal Year 2025 budget. Motion by Green, second by Green-Douglass, to approve Resolution No. 03-29-24-01 effective March 29, 2024.
