NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND CHAPTER 170 OF WELLMAN CITY ORDINANCES
Pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 380, the City of Wellman, Iowa is considering the amendment of Chapter 170 of the Wellman Code of Ordinances
A public hearing on the proposed amendments shall be held at the following date, time, and location:
Date and Time for Public Hearing: March 4, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.
Location of Public Hearing: Wellman City Hall
At the hearing, any interested person may file written comments or present oral comments with respect to the proposed revisions.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Wellman, Iowa (the “City”), do hereby certify that pursuant to the resolution of its City Council fixing a date of public hearing for the amendment of an ordinance, the notice of which the printed slip attached to the publisher’s affidavit hereto attached is a true and complete copy, was published on the date and in the newspaper specified in such affidavit, which newspaper has a general circulation in the City.
