WASHINGTON
A pretrial conference was held for Keegan Gingerich on June 21, the result of which was the setting of another pretrial conference for August 22 at 9:15 a.m. and a jury trial date of September 10 at 9 a.m. in Washington County District Court.
This action postpones the jury trial originally scheduled for July 9.
Gingerich entered a not guilty plea on March 22 to four felony charges, including Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Stalking (two counts) and Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act. He was arrested Feb. 2 on charges stemming from alleged incidents in January.
