WASHINGTON
Following an earlier bond review hearing last month, Keegan Gingerich, 21, of Kalona last week posted a $52,000 bail in the form of a surety bond. Gingerich, who was charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Stalking, Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offence, and Invasion of Privacy, had been held in the Washington County Jail since his arrest early in February on a $100,000 cash only bond. Arraignment and setting of trial date in Washington County District Court is expected to be “in a couple weeks,” County Attorney Nathan Repp told The News Friday, March 1.
