The Planning & Zoning Commission meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by Chair Phil Richman with Mayor Allen Schneider, Brian Boelk, Terry Goerdt, Kris Westfall, Bob Schneider, Doug Havel, Rob Weber, Denise Reschly and Marcus Fedler present.
Motion by Schneider, seconded by Reschly, to approve the agenda. Motion carried 7-0.
Motion by Westfall, seconded by Fedler, to recommend approval of the proposed annexation of the Blackjack Beach RV & Water Resort property, including a change in zoning from AG to C-3, as the proposed zoning is consistent with the City’s Future Land Use Map. Motion carried 7-0
Motion by Schneider, seconded by Reschly to adjourn at 5:38pm. Motion carried 7-0.
