NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF RIVERSIDE, IOWA
NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR ANNEXATION OF THE PROPERTY RELATING TO THE PROPOSED BLACKJACK BEACH RV & WATER RESORT PROJECT

You are hereby notified that at 6:00 PM, on October 19th, 2026, at Riverside City Hall, 60 Greene St, Riverside, IA 52327, there will be a public hearing on the application and proposal for annexation of certain property into the corporate limits of the City of Riverside in connection with the proposed project commonly known as the Blackjack Beach RV & Water Resort Project. Any interested person may appear at the hearing and provide comments regarding the application and proposed annexation. Written comments may also be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing.
Additional information regarding the proposed annexation, including the application, proposed area of annexation, and legal description of the property, may be obtained from the City Clerk at Riverside City Hall.
