The Washington County Farm Bureau presented a $250 donation to the members of the Mid-Prairie FFA on Jan. 29. The presentation took place at the Washington vs. Mid-Prairie Basketball game in Washington. The funds will be used to purchase a replacement FFA flag and to provide funding for other FFA activities.
Those present when the donation was presented included Elsa Schmidt (FFA Advisor), Gabi Robertson (Chapter President), Brock Fisher (Leadership Team Member), Blake Peck (Chapter President), Quinn Callahan (Chapter Sentinel), Ashley Harmsen, Brylee Gearhart, Greta Sieren (Chapter Vice-President), Callie Huber, Charlotte Sieren (Chapter Reporter), Tate Bombei (Leadership Team Member), Allie Whetstine (Leadership Team Member), Sydney Knebel (Chapter Reporter), Averi Janecek, Stella Janecek and Madelyn Sieren (Leadership Team Member). The check was presented by Brandon Bishop, the Washington County Farm Bureau President.
