The Golden Hawks hosted a 3A Region 8 quarterfinal postseason game against the Davis County Mustangs on Oct. 22.
Mid-Prairie (31-8) earned a 3-0 sweep (25-9, 25-11, 25-11) over the Mustangs (11-16).
Jovi Evans led the Hawks in kills (8), Avery Helmuth led in assists (10), Callie Huber led in blocks (4). Both Evans and Dakota Mitchell ended the match with nine digs each to lead the team.
Mid-Prairie moves on to the next round of the postseason, a home game against the Albia Lady Dees (21-13) on Oct. 24.
