Judith L. Brenneman, 79, passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
A celebration of life service will be 10 a.m., Friday, Jan. 6, 2023, at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be at the Wellman Cemetery.
