Board of Directors Special Meeting
Wednesday – December 11, 2024
5:00 p.m. – Highland Board Room
The special meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by President Nate Robinson.
Joslin Schott, Monica Jepson, Rachel Longbine, Karen Fink, Johnny O’Leary, Dan Ruth and Nate Robinson were present. Also present Ken Crawford, Superintendent.
Longbine made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by O’Leary.
Motion carried 7-0
Longbine made a motion to approve the proposal and agreement with Grundmeyer Leadership Service. Seconded by Jepson.
Motion carried 7-0
Longbine made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Ruth. Motion carried 7-0.
The special meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
