RIVERSIDE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING: Tuesday, April 29, 2025
The Riverside Board of Adjustment meeting started at 5:30 pm in the Riverside City Hall Riverboat Room. Board Chair Edgar McGuire called the meeting to order with Carrie Westcott, and Chris Grinstead present. Janene King and Dallas Petersen were absent.
McGuire moved, seconded by Grinstead to approve the agenda. Passed 3-0.
King joined the meeting at 5:33 pm.
The Board was notified that Dallas Petersen has stepped down from the Board due to a recent move outside of City limits. The City will seek out candidates to fill the vacancy.
Motion by Grinstead, seconded by McGuire to approve a variance request for 90 N Washington St for the development of a shed. Passed 4-0.
Motion by McGuire, seconded by King to approve a variance request for 131 E Hickory St for the redevelopment of a single-family dwelling. Passed 4-0.
Motion by McGuire, seconded by Grinstead to approve a variance request for 191 W 1st St for the development of an attached garage. Passed 4-0.
McGuire moved, second by Grinstead to adjourn at 6:17 pm. Passed 4-0.
