Washington County Public Health has set a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for Wednesday, April 14 from 2 to 6 p.m. The clinic will be open to everyone over the age of 18.
Public Health will transition to an online scheduling system for the clinic, and the link goes live on Monday, April 12 at 8 a.m. on its website, www.washph.com.
This clinic is for prime (first) doses only. The date for the boost (second) dose will be given at the time of an appointment.
All Iowans over age 16 are eligible for vaccination, but Washington Public Health only carries the Moderna vaccine, currently approved for 18 and older.
