The City of Wellman and the Wellman Chamber are planning a ‘TRUNK or Treat” in Downtown Wellman on Sunday, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m. Trick or Treaters need to start at City Hall and stop by car trunks that will be line up either side of 8th Avenue to the bottom of the hill.
There will be free hot dogs, chips and water. There will be prizes for best costume and trunk design announced at 7 p.m.
