Tony Reed Millice was born Dec. 13, 1964, in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of James and Carolyn “Cozy” (Wirtz) Millice. He graduated from Mid-Prairie High School. He served in the Army Reserve. Tony was a CNA at Parkview Manor in Wellman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outside, making homemade wine and rock music. Tony passed away at his home Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020, at the age of 55 years.
Tony is survived by his son: Chase Millice of Kalona; and his parents: James and Cozy Millice of Wellman; and a brother: Andy Millice of Coggin.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
A private family graveside service will be held Monday, Oct. 19, 2020, at the Wellman Cemetery. A visitation will be Sunday Oct. 18, 2020, from 4-7 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A general memorial has been established. Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is caring for Tony and his family.
