The Kalona Optimist will be serving its annual tenderloin meal starting at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at the United Methodist Fellowship Hall.
This freewill offering meal features a huge tenderloin, coleslaw, potato salad, drink, cookies and ice cream. While it is not required, a nonperishable food item donation for the Kalona Food Pantry would be appreciated.
Chairman Carl Poe promises a fast line as there will be additional cookers to speed up the serving of the delicious tenderloins.
