Members of the 1970 Mid-Prairie boys basketball Class 1A state championship runner-up team will be honored at the Mid-Prairie game Tuesday night.
The 50th anniversary team will be honored at halftime of the 7:30 p.m. game against Durant.
The 1970 team defeated Manson, 71-57, in the first round of the state tournament and then topped LaPorte City, 91-73, in the semifinals. They fell to Paulina, 78-70, in the championship.
After the game, there will be a meet-and-greet reunion at Hard Luck Café in Kalona from 9-11 p.m.
