Caller in the 200 block of 10th Avenue, Wellman, reports five subjects making noise. They were asked to keep it down.
Caller in the 3100 block of Highway 22, Riverside, reports a transformer on electrical pole arcing, possibly on fire. Riverside fire responded. No fire. The transformer is blown due to a lightning strike. REC was contacted.
Caller in the 200 block of A Avenue, Kalona, reports a juvenile male who has been riding around in the street on a lawn mower for the last couple of hours. He also has a very small female with him. He ahs been doing circles in the street. Officer responded. Subject was driving the mower on a private drive. Spoke with the father. No issues.
Officer reports being out with several juveniles in Hall Park, Riverside. Spoke with the subject who were advised to leave the park.
