Caller reports four males between the ages of 10-14 are running out onto Highway 22 in Kalona, doing pushups, then hiding behind bushes. Officer responded and located a physical altercation in the parking lot upon arrival. Juvenile was given a ride to Wellman.
Caller reports a piece of equipment on fire at Brenneman Pork. Kalona Fire responded and extinguished the fire.
Report of a subject causing problems in Wellman. Officers responded and located the subject at Ginkgo and 170th. Trespass warning given to subject.
Caller in the 100 block of Third Street, Wellman, reports a possible identity theft. Unfounded.
Caller reports a vehicle parked in the alley at Fifth Street and Fifth Avenue, Wellman, for the past few days. Tow Tag placed on the vehicle.
Officer reports a traffic stop at Sixth Street and Eighth Avenue, Wellman. Citation issued to Adrian Abel Galindo, 34, of Keota, for driving under suspension X3 third and subsequent. Operator stayed at the location of the stop to wait for a valid driver.
Caller in the 600 block of Eighth Avenue, Wellman, reports windows that were opened and lights that were left on. They were all closed and lights off yesterday early afternoon. Officers responded and checked the building. No problem.
Caller in the 1300 block of Ginkgo Avenue, Wellman, dialed 9-1-1 and was wanting a subject out of the residence, then hung up the phone. Officers responded. Parties had separated.
Caller in the 1200 block of 135th Street, Wellman, reports a subject was just at her residence. Requesting a welfare check. Caller advised they do not want the subject back at their residence. Officers responded and located the subject. He has a light on his bike and is going to continue to ride to Montezuma. He was advised not to return at the residence and not to knock on any more doors tonight.
