Caller reports subjects driving a skid loader around the trailer court in Kalona and surrounding area making a lot of noise. Officers responded. There were tracks out in the field south of the trailer court and the skid loader is parked covered in mud. No one would come to the door. Deputy will make contact with the field owner. Caller called back to advise the subject is leaving in a pickup. Headed east from the trailer court.

Report of a vehicle stop in Kalona. Arrested Lucas Anthony Ray, 27, of Kalona, for OWI 2nd offense, driving while barred. Charges pending for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia pending DCI lab results.

Caller in Wellman, reports a subject who has been banned from the store, came in with his hood up, glasses on and in full disguise. He was told to leave. They are requesting to pursue charges. Report to be filed.

A four-wheeler was heading west on 170th in Wellman. Driver turned off the lights. Complainant can still see the four-wheeler sitting on the side of the road, but no one is around. Officer responded and located a snowmobile and the owner. Owner advised the snowmobile broke down.
