Third party caller in Kalona, reports second house from corner on C Avenue, near the antique store, earlier two people were arguing and someone heard what sounded like fire crackers. One subject left. Request welfare check on the other person. Officer responded. No one at the residence had any marks or bruises. The occupants of the residence advised they did have a verbal argument. The noise was from a trashcan hitting a vehicle. Documentation.
