Leotta Mae Clay was born March 19, 1951 in Missouri, the daughter of Willard and Roxie (Milford) Williams. She was a CNA at Parkview Manor in Wellman. Leotta enjoyed spending time with family, puzzles, bingo, and playing pepper.
She passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021, at Parkview in Wellman, at the age of 69 years.
She is survived by three children: Rhonda Paddock (fiancé Nathaniel Davis) of Gainsville, Missouri, Dee (Matt) Zadow of Lone Tree, and Betty (Brent) Weber of Wellman; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three brothers: Randy Williams of Washington, Charles Williams of Wellman and Willie Williams of Washington; and three sisters: Maxine Williams of Wellman, Jean Threlkeld of Richmond, and Ann Jarvis of Delta.
Leotta was preceded in death by her parents; sister: Sue Hicks; and two brothers: John Williams and Jackie Sparks.
