Keith A Erb born June 4, 1930, in South English, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Oct. 29, 2020, at 90 years of age. A private service is being planned.
Keith farmed the family farm west of Wellman for 37 years. Following a tornado that cleared the farm, Keith and Helen moved to Arizona where he worked at numerous retirement communities in housekeeping and maintenance. Later he worked at two Arizona golf courses, one managed by his grandson, Ryan Troyer. He was a member of Trinity Mennonite Church and served as maintenance and groundskeeper for a few years and an usher for many years. Keith and Helen loved traveling in their motor home and spending time with their girls and families.
He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years: Helen Marie (Marner) Erb; and lovingly remembered by four daughters: Cheryl (Duane) Blair of Sun City, Ariz., Maribeth Troyer of Sun City, Ariz., Luann (Mel) Miller of Kalona, and Emily (Mike) Ferguson of Kalona; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Joe W. and Alta (Ropp) Erb; and sister: Carol (Erb) Dickhut.
