Zachary Lee Miller, 20, of 1191 E Place, Apt. B, Kalona, already in custody at the Washington County Jail, was arrested August 24 on a county warrant for sexual exploitation of a minor - cause to engage in act and purchase and possess depiction of a minor in sex act, first offense. Total bond is $15,000 cash only.
According to an earlier police report, Miller had been arrested Friday, August 11 and charged with a Class C Felony of exploitation of a minor and Class D Felony exploitation to promote a film and held on a $50,000 cash only bond at the jail.
Every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty according to law.
