Caller in the 500 block of Fifth Street, Kalona, hears a bunch of screaming and yelling to the southwest of his residence. Officer responded and checked the area. Unable to locate anyone causing a disturbance.

Caller in the 800 block of 11th Street, Kalona, reports possible financial/elder abuse. Officer spoke with the caller.

Report of a suspicious male in the 200 block of 11th Street, Wellman, asking for help. Looking for his lost dog. Last seen headed towards the elementary school. Responded and checked the area. Unable to locate.

Caller in the 1300 block of Tulip Avenue, Riverside, reports she left her children at a residence and they will not let her know where her children are. Spoke with the caller. Kids are with their father.

Caller in Wellman reports her grandkids were in South Park, when some other kids, throwing firecrackers, approached them. One of the grandkids was hit with a firecracker but not injured. Checked the area. Unable to locate the kids.

Caller in the 300 block of East River Street, Riverside, reports she was scammed out of $22 by someone claiming to be in the FBI. Caller was given the number for the Federal Trade Commission.

Caller reports a vehicle rolled just south of the English River Bridge on Highway 218. Unknown injuries. Tyler Stinson of Cedar Rapids, operator. One subject transported to hospital. State accident report filed. Charges pending DCI results for OWI 2nd, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain control.

Caller in Kalona reports fireworks in the area. Responded and gave the residence a verbal warning.

Deputy reports being at a residence in the 400 block of Fourth Street, Wellman, in reference to a noise complaint. Officer advised the residents of the complaint.
