Caller reports she lost her iphone sometime last night while at the casino. The iphone app traced it to a location in Linn County. Linn County located the phone and made arrangements to get it back. Caller does not wish to pursue charges.
Caller in the 100 block of Fifth Street, Kalona, reports a truck hit her truck in the parking lot then took off towards the bank. His vehicle is missing a taillight. Damage to the rear of her truck. Officers responded. Unable to locate the suspect vehicle. Made contact with the registered owner. Insurance information was provided to the caller.
Caller in the 300 block of C Avenue, Kalona, reports a male and female in the backyard who are yelling and screaming. There are items that are being thrown. Officer responded and made contact with both subjects who advised it was verbal both yesterday and today. Documentation.
Caller in the 300 block of 13th Street, Wellman, reports a barking dog. Officer spoke with the alleged dog owners. Their dog was not barking and they no longer reside at the address given. The new owner at the address has no dog. Unfounded.
