Caller reports a cow on the shoulder of Highway 22 by Kum & Go in Riverside. Contact was made with two possible owners. Officer responded and was unable to locate.
Caller in the 700 block of Seventh Street, Wellman, reports the dogs are barking again since 6:30. City hall has been notified. Requesting a deputy to respond. Officer responded. He advised that the neighbor’s children antagonize the dogs. He also advised that this is a new group of dogs, as the previous group are now in Michigan. Issued Julie Vest a warning for barking dog and told her next time she will be issued a citation.
Caller reports a vehicle with Nebraska plates is stuck in the ditch on a dirt road at 135th Street and Highway 218, Riverside. Passenger tires are in the ditch. Vehicle is not a hazard.
Caller in the 200 block of Schnoebelen Street, Riverside, reports a vehicle parked illegally on the road. Officer responded and asked the driver to move the vehicle.
