Caller in Riverside reports her husband is harassing her and threatening her. Request to speak with a deputy. Caller also advised that he threatened her sister. Spoke with the caller and her husband. They were both advised to cease contact for tonight and seek legal counsel.

Caller reports a subject walking south in the median of Highway 218. There are two disabled vehicles on the southbound side in the area. Officer responded. No subject was located.

Caller in Wellman reports fireworks and loud music in the area, near the church. Officer was in the area and heard fireworks north of Wellman.

Deputy reports being out with a subject in the 500 block of 13th Street, Wellman, with a subject wanted out of Marion County. Arrested Kearstan Cheyanne Schmidt, 20, of What Cheer for controlled substance violation and failure to affix drug stamp. Extradition arrangement will be made with Marion County.

Caller in Riverside reports they are being harassed by a subject over the phone. Officer responded and advised the subjects to stop all contact and speak to an attorney.
