Caller reports a car went into the ditch and drove back out near Dollar General on Highway 1, Kalona. He is now pulled off onto the shoulder south of the intersection, facing the wrong way. Officers responded and arrested Jody Allan Morgan, 45, of Kalona for OWI second offense, failure to maintain control and no driver’s license. Vehicle turned over to the registered owner.
