On Feb. 28, the Mid-Prairie FFA chapter held the 21st annual FFA Ag Obstacle assembly at the high school.
The FFA officers shared information about the chapter and events throughout the year.
Ten students from each of the grades completed the following activities: Three-person sack race, a two-person egg carry, getting feed over a fence, palpating a cow, barrel racing and making a hay bale.
The juniors finished before the freshman team. The seniors had a win over the sophomore team.
The main event was the seniors overcoming the juniors to have the fastest time in the event.
The senior team consisted of: Cory Allen, Jack Baker, Abe Bender, Jarrett Bontrager, Cienna Coffman, Georgia Nisly, Jacob Nonnenmann, Jaselyn Robertson, Ty Sieren and Brad Tornow.
Other activities during FFA Week included dress-up days and a faculty breakfast.
