Caller reports that her neighbor’s dogs are in their yard again, being aggressive. She did advise the neighbor. Request a deputy. Spoke with the caller. Unable to locate the dog owner at this time. Cited Jared Kendal Miller, 38, Wellman, for allowing dog to run at large.
Caller requests a welfare check on one of her students. Unable to make contact with him. Left a message for him on his phone. Possibly at work. Subject called in to advise he was fine.
