Project manager Adam Kos of C.J. Moyna & Sons said the developers are working to finish the building foundation removal after the old Shiloh church buildings were burned in a controlled fire on Oct. 11. In addition, the developers are currently working to install the sanitary sewer and are seeding and mulching areas as they are completed. Kos said his team is hoping to start installing the storm sewer the week of Nov. 2 and are aiming to start paving in the spring.
