Caller in Riverside reports someone broke into his garage last night and stole two guns, hunting gear and three checkbooks form his truck. Report to be filed.
Caller in the 100 block of First Street, Kalona, reports his business was broken into around 0200 hours Saturday. Unsure if anything is missing. Does have surveillance with two suspects and evidence left behind. Officer responded. Nothing appears to have been taken and no damage. Documentation for now.
Officer checking at a residence in Riverside for a wanted subject. Arrested James Franklin Duncan, 46, of Riverside. Warrant out of department of corrections for parole violation on original charge of operate vehicle with intent, OWI, class D felony 3rd or subsequent. No bond. Subject transported to the jail and extradition made with parole.
Caller reports he rolled a semi hauling manure at Hickory Avenue and 120th Street, Wellman. No injuries. State accident report file, Department of Natural Resources notified. Semi will remain in the north ditch until tomorrow. Owner will make his own tow arrangements.
