Caller reports a suspicious vehicle with two male subjects throwing items at houses in Kalona. Responded and was unable to locate the vehicle which was possibly a newspaper delivery service.
Officer reports being out with a semi that took the corner too sharp at highway 22 and Vine Avenue, Riverside. It appears to be stuck now and blocking the roadway. Subject had a farmer come to help pull him out. Officer assisted with traffic control.
Caller requests a welfare check on her mother in Kalona. Officer responded. Adults will remain with the subject today who is refusing medical attention,.
