Caller reports a vehicle has not moved for a long time in the 300 block of D Avenue, Kalona. It now has flat tires. Registered owner came out of the residence as the tow truck was arriving on scene. Registered owner was made aware of the city ordinance and where the vehicle was being towed.
Caller in the 1200 block of Willow Avenue, Riverside, reports a theft of a broom, red tool box with tools, tripod light and a torch ignighter. Report to be filed.
