The Kalona Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking volunteers to help staff the Chamber’s booth in the Varied Industries building at the Iowa State Fair on August 12 to 22.
The Kalona booth represents local businesses and the community with advertising and products for sale.
Volunteers restock products, assist customers, bag items, manage the register and drive the van to/from the fair (optional).
“All volunteers receive a paid ticket into the fair,” stated Chamber director Tonia Poole, “so you can both work and play!
