Casey’s General Stores is buying the Riverside Travel Mart. Details of the deal were not available before the newspaper’s deadline on Tuesday.
A worker at the Travel Mart would not comment Tuesday morning and referred questions to Casey’s.
Calls to Casey’s director of communication were not immediately returned.
Casey’s General Stores is a Fortune 500 company operating more than 2,100 convenience stores in 16 states.
