Caller at Fourth Street and E Avenue, Kalona, reports a male subject walking around a vehicle that is parked at a weird angle and the trunk is open. Officer responded and located the subject who refused assistance. He was picked up by a subject who will take him to Retrograde Ministries.

Caller in Riverside reports two vehicles that have been parked for a month and a half on North Washburn off Highway 22. Officer responded and chalked and tagged the vehicles.

Caller in Riverside reports a newer black truck with a loud muffler and tinted back window. Tried hooking up their trailer. Last seen going towards the elementary school. There are tracks in the mud and grass. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate the truck. No tracks were located. Spoke with a neighbor who had been outside for the last 30-45 minutes and did not witness anything. Incident is unfounded.

Washington County Jail reports subject in lobby on a warrant. Arrested Christian Cole Stokes, 48, Riverside, for failure to appear for hearing to purge contempt for child support. Bond $2,000, Cash only in Christian Cole Stokes name only.
