Report of a vehicle that has been sitting across from Wellman City Hall since Saturday without moving. Tires were chalked. Voicemail was left for a male subject advising him of the city parking ordinance.
Caller in the 1600 block of Quince Avenue, Riverside, reports the neighbor’s large black dog came onto their property yesterday and injured 10-12 sheep. Today there are four dead. Responded. No proof the dog was on their property. Spoke with the neighbors who are watching their brother’s dog. They were made aware of the complaint.
Caller in the 300 block of Howard Street, Kalona, reports two vehicles had their tires slashed last night. Report to be filed.
Caller requests an officer make contact with her elderly mother in Kalona. She isn’t able to reach her on her phone or by email. Officer responded. Everything was fine. Her cellphone isn’t working.
